  • discover creators, rankings, and community experiences.

Certain features may require account registration or third-party authentication services such as Apple, Google, or TikTok Login.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree:

  • to provide accurate information;
  • not to impersonate another person or organization;
  • not to create fake or misleading accounts;
  • not to use bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate platform activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, abuse, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or policy violations.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, post, or share on Youbi ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Youbi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and operate the content for purposes of providing and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

You may not upload or distribute content that:

  • violates laws or regulations;
  • infringes intellectual property rights;
  • contains malware or harmful code;
  • promotes violence, exploitation, scams, or illegal activities;
  • contains unlawful sexual or exploitative material;
  • harasses or abuses others.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Certain Youbi features may include AI-generated or AI-assisted content, recommendations, moderation, summaries, or interactions.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unintended outputs. Users should independently evaluate information and interactions generated by AI systems.

Youbi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to use the Services respectfully and responsibly.

You may not:

  • harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users;
  • engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct;
  • manipulate rankings, engagement, or platform systems;

We may investigate and take action against violations, including account suspension or permanent bans.

7. Payments and Virtual Features

Some features may involve purchases, creator support, digital items, virtual currency, subscriptions, or other paid interactions.

All purchases are final except where required by law.

Youbi may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, or monetization features at any time.

Users are responsible for complying with local tax and financial regulations related to payments or earnings.

Youbi may integrate with third-party platforms or services, including TikTok, Apple, Google, Stripe, or others.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or external content.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Youbi Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for:
